For those who don't know, I am involved in a local event called Phobia Factor, which mimics the T.V. show Fear Factor. If I win then Jessica and I get $5,000. For round one we had to drink a cup of whole milk mixed with apple cider vinegar that had been sitting out in the sun for several hours. It was chunky and gross, but that wasn't it. After we finished the drink we had to start chompin' down on butter. As you can see from the picture I did not quite finish the 3 pound container, but I finished enough to get to the second round. I was reading the Shedd's Spread Countrycrock label from the 3lb tub I was eating from and it said that 1 Tbsp actually has 70 calories. Yep, I'm gonna die. Thanks for the compliment on the shirt. It's one of my favorites, as evidenced by me being in it in more than one picture on this blog. Any yes, I hope I win the money too.
